Carsha Holley is the Principal Broker and Owner of Pearl Street Realty and a dedicated producing real estate agent licensed in Georgia and South Carolina. With over eight years in real estate, she has closed more than 170 transactions and surpassed $40 million in lifetime sales while also overseeing the management of more than 20 rental homes for property owners. Known for a relationship driven approach, her business is rooted in trust, referrals, and a genuine commitment to helping clients move confidently through every stage of the real estate journey.

Beyond production, she is passionate about leadership and professional development. Carsha has served as a real estate coach and continues to contribute to the industry through active involvement with the local association, including service on the Community Outreach Committee and the Legislative Committee, as well as previously serving as a State Director. In 2025, she graduated from the association’s Leadership Academy, further strengthening her commitment to advocacy, growth, and service within the real estate profession.

Her path is shaped by diverse experiences and a strong foundation of service. A graduate of Benedict College and a veteran who served in the United States Army Reserves, she brings discipline, integrity, and resilience into both business and life. Carsha is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, with over 20 years of dedicated membership, including service as an officer and committee chair within her local chapter. Additional service includes leadership as an executive board member of the Cultured Pearls of Excellence Advancement Foundation, Inc.

Originally born and raised in New Jersey, she has called the Augusta, Georgia area home for more than a decade, with previous residences in Virginia, South Carolina, and Savannah, Georgia. These experiences have shaped a deep appreciation for relocation, lifestyle transitions, and the emotional significance of finding the right place to call home.

Outside of real estate, she is a devoted wife and mother of five daughters who embraces a life centered on growth and intention. She enjoys traveling the world, growing fresh food through gardening, prioritizing health and wellness, exploring local dining, and finding moments to recharge through reading. Giving back to the community remains central to her life, reflecting a belief that real estate is not only about homes but about people, purpose, and connection.
